Psychosocial Evaluations for Immigration

A psychosocial assessment may make your immigration case stronger and more convincing. I can help in the following types of immigration cases:

• U-Visa (victims of felony or offense
• T- Visa (victims of human trafficking)
• Asylum
• VAWA (victims of domestic violence, men and women)
• Cancellation of Removal
• Waiver of inadmissibility/hardship letter

The assessment consists of a clinical interview of approximately one hour and possibly a follow up.

After a few days, a written report in English is given to you or your lawyer. I can do expedite reports, if needed.
